Bathing together

Wooden relief, birch, 2025, 125 x 60 x 5 cm

Drawing on collective health rituals such as sauna bathing or shared bathing in healing springs, the work was digitally designed on the basis of a clay sculpture and then milled from a block of birch wood using CNC technology. The relief refers to intimate, everyday gestures aimed at improving health during communal bathing.
